Ashleigh Erb

Ashleigh Erb

My name is Ashleigh Erb and I am thrilled to be part of the staff at Cotton Belt! There is no finer place to be! I am from Upstate, NY and have been in South Carolina since August 2013. I hold a Dual Masters in Education and Special Education and have taught both over the years. I have taught in York School District 1 since 2017! I love teaching the little ones and seeing the growth they make... their 'aha' moments are my personal favorite!

Outside of school, I love spending time with my family and being a Mom. My husband Matt and I have one daughter, McKinleigh and lots of animals (dogs, cats, chickens!)

Dan Perrault

Dan Perreault

I’m Dan Perreault, and I’m thrilled to be joining the Cotton Belt Family. Originally from Connecticut, I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in elementary and special education. In my classroom, I blend movement, songs, and engaging stories to create a dynamic and exciting learning environment.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also love outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and playing golf.

Erica Johnson

Erica Johnson

My name is Erica Johnson and I am so excited to be a part of the Cotton Belt Family! I previously taught in the Rock Hill School District as a kindergarten and first grade teacher. I received my undergrad degree from The University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!), and then received my Masters from Winthrop University in Literacy.

In my spare time, you can find me outside with my husband Justin, and our two boys Crew and Tate. We love spending time on the lake, watching our Gamecocks play, or spending time with family.

Jessica Palermo

Jessica Palermo

My name is Jessica Palermo and I have been teaching at Cotton Belt since 2023. Prior to teaching at CBES, I taught 4th grade at Chapel Grove Elementary in Gaston County, NC after receiving my undergraduate degree from Western Carolina University. I love incorporating songs, hand motions, chants, and silly stories into my lessons to get my students excited about learning!

I am originally from Atlanta, but currently live in Clover with my husband, 2 children, 3 dogs, and our horse. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and fur children and shopping on Amazon for scented markers and erasable pens.
